Functional Holistic Nutrition Consultant & Mom of Four

I help overwhelmed women struggling with low energy, bloating, and brain fog feel like themselves again.

As a mom of four, I know what it’s like to put yourself last—running on empty, feeling out of balance, and disconnected from your body. My own health journey led me to functional holistic nutrition, where I learned just how deeply our well-being is shaped by the way we nourish ourselves, manage stress, and support our daily rhythms. I also discovered that all of our body systems work together, and when one is out of balance, it can contribute to imbalances in others. The body often speaks in whispers when something is off—through signs like brain fog, low energy, minor aches, and inflammation. Remember, the body speaks in whispers before it starts to scream. What is your body saying?

My approach is gentle, evidence-informed, and rooted in whole-person nutrition. Together, we look at your food choices, daily routines, stress levels, and digestion to uncover what may be contributing to what you're experiencing and gently support your body back into balance.

This is not about restriction—it’s about understanding your body and learning how to work with it.

  • After our Free call, once you are ready to move forward, I’ll send you a welcome email with the next steps. This includes how to book your first session, complete your client intake forms, and choosing a program that fits your needs. From here we will schedule your first consultation and begin building your wellness plan.

  • The initial consultation we will dive deep into your story- your health history, current diet and lifestyle, concerns and goals. I’ll ask detailed questions and listen closely. From here we will start outlining a strategy with actionable steps. You will leave with insight, direction and a sense of support, and a plan moving forward.

  • A Functional holistic nutrition consultant supports the whole person. I focus on body awareness, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, digestion, and mindset to help you create realistic, sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, rather I guide and support your wellness journey using evidence-informed, client-centered strategies.
