Hi, I’m Nicole — Functional Holistic Nutrition Consultant & Mom of Four
As a mom of four, I understand how easy it is to put your own well-being on the back burner. I’ve been there myself—struggling with digestive discomfort, low energy, restless sleep, and ongoing inflammation that left me feeling out of sync with my body.
My personal journey sparked a deep passion for holistic wellness. Through studying Functional Holistic nutrition, I learned how to nourish my body with the right foods, natural tools, and lifestyle practices that support overall well-being from the inside out.
Today, I support midlife women who are experiencing digestive discomfort, bloating, low energy, or brain fog and are looking for a more balanced, sustainable way to support their gut health and overall well-being.
My work is rooted in helping you reconnect with your body, understand its signals, and make informed choices that feel supportive, realistic, and aligned with your life.

After our strategy call, once youre ready to move forward, I’ll send you a welcome email with the next steps.This includes how to book your first session, complete your client intake forms, and choosing a program that fits your needs. From here we will schedule your first consultation and begin building your wellness plan.

The first session we will dive deep into your story- your health history, current diet and lifestyle, concerns and goals. I’ll ask detailed questions and listen closely. From here we will start outlining a strategy with actionable steps. You will leave with insight, direction and a sense of support.
