Hi, I’m Nicole — Holistic Nutrition Consultant & Mom of Four
As a mom of four, I understand how easy it is to put your own well-being on the back burner. I’ve been there myself—struggling with digestive discomfort, low energy, restless sleep, and ongoing inflammation that left me feeling out of sync with my body.
My personal journey sparked a deep passion for holistic wellness. Through studying Functional Holistic nutrition, I learned how to nourish my body with the right foods, natural tools, and lifestyle practices that support overall well-being from the inside out.
Now, I support busy midlife women and help them discover the root cause of digestive issues by Identifying Triggers, Improving Diet and Lifestyle and Repairing from the inside out!
