Hi, I’m Nicole, your Holistic Health Coach.

As a mother of four, I know how life can get busy, and how easy it is to put your own health on the back burner. My passion for health and wellness grew from my own personal journey with digestive and gut health challenges. I faced the frustration of low energy, bloating, and poor sleep, and was determined to find a solution. That journey led me to Holistic Nutrition, where I discovered the power of healing from the inside out.

I specialise in helping midlife individuals who are experiencing belly bloat, low energy, and high stress—issues that often lead to Midlife Burnout. I understand how overwhelming and exhausting it can feel, and I’m here to tell you that change is possible.

Together, we will create a path to healing that focuses on Functional Foods, Supplements, and Lifestyle Strategies that support your body’s natural ability to repair itself. This is not about restrictive diets or quick fixes—it’s about nourishing your body with wholesome, real food and learning to love food again.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I take a comprehensive approach that looks at Digestive and Gut health, as well as any nutritional, lifestyle, and emotional imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms.
