Hi I’m Nicole, a Holistic Health Coach for Midlife Women. I am passionate about health and wellness, and I help individuals take better care of themselves from the inside out. I am a mother of 4 kids, and my interest in nutrition came later in life when I started to feel the symptoms of poor digestive and gut health. I was determined to find a better way to improve these unpleasant symptoms and this quest led me to the field of Holistic Nutrition.
I work with clients in Barbados and Internationally.
